Payment must be made UP FRONT to save you a slot in my commissions' list.

Limited Slots and Waitlist: Only a limited number of slots are available at a time. If all slots are filled, you will be added to a waitlist.

Fan Art: Fan art is permitted as long as it is for personal use and not distributed in any form.

I reserve all rights to my art and digital art commissions. They are for personal use only and may not be resold or traced.

Posting and Crediting Commissions: You may post your commissioned artwork elsewhere, provided that you properly credit and tag @liveartzy as the artist and do not claim the art as your own.

Commercial Use of Artwork or Designs: Artwork or designs used for commercial purposes, such as stickers, keychains, pins, etc., will incur an additional commercial use price. Please inquire about pricing.

Revisions and Amendments: The price includes one round of minor revisions, such as small tweaks or color changes, but not complete redraws. Each additional revision or major revision may incur an amended price.

Social Media and Website Posting: I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on social media and/or websites for promotional purposes. If you have any concerns about privacy, please let me know in advance.

Artistic Style: Commissions will be drawn in my unique art style and will not replicate realism or any other artist's style.

No Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the commission process has begun.

Order Fulfillment: Orders typically take up to 1-2 weeks to fulfill after the sketch is done and you approve the layout. Please allow for this time frame.

Delivery of Commissions: All commissions will be delivered as high-quality digital files sent via email.

Right to Deny Requests: As an artist and designer, I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission or service request at my discretion. Each project is evaluated based on various factors, including availability, alignment with my artistic style, and project scope.
